Postage & Packing Charges- Germany:
Notice:
Deliveries within Germany are sent COD (Cash on Delivery), or paid in advance.
Deliveries outside Germany must be paid for in advance.

Parcel Delivery Charges:

- Up to 2 kg: shipping costs € 5.95, plus packaging € 2.50

- 2-31.5 kg: Shipping costs € 15.95, plus packaging € 5,45

- COD (Cash on Delivery, only possible in Germany): € 6,90

- Increase in Liability to €2500.00 per Parcel : € 7,50

Info regarding liability:

All items sent via DHL are insured against transport damage up to the sum of €500.00 value of goods per parcel. This can be increased on request up to €2500.00 value of goods. See above for charges applicable. (Please state when ordering).
Prices include VAT. (Increase of the liability limit is VAT-free according to § 4 UStG)
Delivery is by DHL.

Shipping charges; Billing, PayPal:
We always try to select the most economical postage method. By bundling up large orders, etc.
So it's not possible to quote delivery charges in advance. That's why we send a separate bill for delivery charges.
This can also be easily paid via PayPal...

 
Mportant information regarding parts without TüV Approval and/or ABE:

Company Delta Custom Bikes, Owner Thomas Lottner,

  1. Parts with TÜV Approval and/or ABE are annotated in their description as such. Any questions regarding them should be directed to your vehicle test center!
  2. Buyers have sole responsibility when ordering and/or fitting un-approved parts where this has been pointed out to them.
  3. Parts that are not approved, i.e. mirrors with a reduced surface area, are only meant for show bikes. Any legal consequences for their use on the road are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  4. Following modifications or engine tuning measures, the customer may have to arrange for a technical inspection to be carried out at a vehicle testing center. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must also inform their insurance company regarding any alterations made.
