Power Commander V
For 09 on models the new Powercommander is available. It is smaller and has more flexibility then its predecessor.
The Powercommander can carry out all adjustments required. It is plugged into the control harness and secured. Done!
Now it just needs configuring. There are two methods to choose from:
"Auto Tune" (Recommended)
With the "mobile testbed" in place.
The wide band Lambda sensors contained in the "Auto Tune" Kit and the control unit are connected directly with the Powercommander and provide automatic mixture adjustment.
Once installed the Auto Tune Kit monitores the mixture settings.
"Dynomometer"
This allows you to simulate the conditions at all rev ranges and throttle positions. The Lambda values are measured and the software optimizes the fuelling.
The result with both versions: Optimized power output - No bucking - No pinking - optimal throttle response.
The Powercommander comes complete with all necessary connectors, mounting parts, USB lead and software on CD.
A standard fuelling curve is already installed.
