Our socially priced wheels.
The standard alu wheels aren't too bad but they could be so much better. How? The original alu wheels are widened by rewelding. The standard brake disc and drive pulley can be retained.
Here's how:
The wheel is mounted on a special lathe and the original wheel rim is machined off. Then a new, wider rim is welded in place. The "new" wide wheel is complete.
On request the wheel rim can be highly polished. Furthermore the wheel can be completely High Gloss Sealed or powder coated.
The front wheel can also be polished, High Gloss Sealed, or powder coated.
TüV: Re-welded wheels come with a strength certificate or for just €99,- TüV Approval for the 8" or 9" rims. (10" and 10.5" rims only come with a strength certificate) Just add to your order.
